Hai Al Naseem property along with all the common areas, public utility services, landscapes etc shall be managed by a Resident’s & Owners Association (ROA). Initially, the developer shall take up the initiative and form the ROA with a nominee from the SCP as the Executive Member. Residents become members of the Association as they are handed over the units. ROA shall appoint necessary staff and also a Maintenance Company to manage the property.
