Allotment will be based on the below Eligibility Criterion.
People from Muscat to South Batina region who are still in the waiting list for Housing Land.

- Approach the bank to know eligibility for availing home loan
- Get a Loan eligibility letter from Bank
Once the details are updated, potential buyers may be invited to a meeting at the Sales Office to share more project details and continue the application process.
